  • Hotjar
    • We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.
    • Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. In particular, Hotjar may collect a device’s IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and preferred language used to display our website.

  • ClientSuccess
    • We provide a limited amount of your information (such as your name, email address, and timestamps) to ClientSuccess, LLC (“ClientSuccess”) to collect data for analytics purposes when you visit our website or use our products. ClientSuccess analyzes your use of our website and/or product and tracks our relationship so that we can improve our service to you. We may also use ClientSuccess as a medium for communications, either through email, or through messages within our product(s). As part of our service agreements, ClientSuccess collects publicly available contact and social information related to you, such as your email address, gender, company, job title, photos, website URLs, social network handles and physical addresses, to enhance your user experience.

User Feedback

We may use third-party Service Providers to collect user feedback regarding our Services.

  • Doorbell.io
    • Doorbell.io provides a widget for gathering in-app user feedback.
    • When you submit user feedback, the feedback and your email address are sent to Doorbell.io.  We may use your email address to follow up with you regarding the feedback.
    • In addition to the feedback and your email address, Doorbell.io may collect additional information about your system to contextualize the feedback, including anonymized IP address, browser information, operating system information, and other user agent information.
Mailing Lists

We may use third-party Service Providers to manage and distribute information to our mailing lists.

  • Constant Contact
    • We use a third party called Constant Contact to maintain your email subscription to us and to send you emails of promotional nature.
    • If you are a user of one of our products or if you choose to join our mailing list, the email address that you submit to us may be forwarded to Constant Contact. All of our emails have clear unsubscribe links. We will only use your email to send you promotional emails with your consent.     • Your email address will remain within the Constant Contact database for as long as we continue to use its email marketing service or until you specifically request removal from the list. If you wish to be removed, you can do so by clicking the unsubscribe links contained in any emails that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

Our Services may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
